Ben and Bekah: A Full Day of Wedding Photography Coverage

What Does A Full Day of Wedding Photography Coverage Look Like?

I had the priviledge of photographing Ben & Bekah’s epic wedding day event from start to finish and I just wanted to share a glimpse of what a full day of wedding photography looks like.

After spending months coordinating and discussing the wedding photography coverage with my longtime friend, who was new to navigating the wedding preparation experience as a mother-of-the-bride to her firstborn daughter, the day had finally arrived! I was slated to arrive at 2p but ended up arriving earlier so that I could familiarize myself with the location, Ever After Farms, which is a beautiful, ranch-style wedding venue, surrounded by mature oak trees and has a modern, upscale, country feel. It is stunning!

I hit the ground running from the moment I arrived and the rest is history. I followed a very tight timeline which included pre-ceremony, ceremony, formal portrait and reception coverage between the hours of 2p and 10p. I prepared by creating a photography checklist and timeline to make sure that I didn’t miss any important details or shots and my assistant was right there to keep me on track and keep my equipment organized and within reach. I prayed through the entire wedding procession and was thankful to have been able to capture so much love and affection.

*Background: my current website reflects my specialization in maternity, newborn and family photography; however, I do take on occasional engagement, wedding & event photography coverage upon request at Athena Leila Photography. I have photographed weddings & events professionally for the past twenty years with Palm Beach Photography, primarily as a 2nd shooter but I have taken on several of my own throughout the years so I came into this weddings with many years of experience and excitement to work with the family. As a recent bride myself & a mother of the groom, I can provide a lot of insight and advice when navigating this entire wedding experience.
